my fav is probably Tucker's Onion Burgers. hands down the best onion burger I've had in the state of OK. my wife and i recently tried New State Burgers, which was very good as well. they have maybe four burgers on their menu, but you can add on, like bacon, fried egg, etc. there used to be a burger place called Irma's, and it was good in its own right. they closed shop within the last few years. shame.

Tucker's wins though. Mind you, these are all within the OKC metro. I can't recall if Tucker's opened a Tulsa location.

Having the neighbors over for drinks tomorrow so I made a roasted chipotle salsa and some fridge pickles tonight, going to make the Shaya hummus tomorrow. Also started curing some salmon for us, which should be ready on Monday.
