the conservative justices seem to keep referencing that it's up to the legislature to set the rules, not the state courts
so if there is a blue wave and the Dem legislatures all make the rules
maybe the SCOTUS won't have a sound basis to overturn every Dem law that gets passed, after the GOP frivolously attempt to challenge each one in court
