Gibbons will get a couple for coming back onto the field after being ejected.
Chavez will get a couple for hitting Fielder.
Bush should get something for hitting Bautista but probably won't.
Donaldson may get something depending on how badly he beat Odor. I really wish the camera hadn't cut away just as he tackled him.
Didn't they ban those types of slides? What does Bautista get?
Bautista gets nothing because he didn't do anything that has ever resulted in a player getting suspended. Those slides don't result in suspensions, they result in an automatic double play. There are more egregious examples from this season alone in which the sliding player wasn't suspended.
Well, the guy he slid into and punched him is going to get suspended

Yeah, I assume 5-10 games for Odor. I'm pretty sure he's actually insane.

Perhaps, but I can see his point of view of not wanting to get his knees mangled and being out for possibly a year or more.

Absolutely, but I can also guarantee he's had that same slide happen to him a hundred times before.

I love this video so much. It's from a 2011 minor league game and it's pretty much identical to what we saw yesterday: player makes an aggressive, late slide into second to break up a double play, Odor responds by shoving him and then punching him in the face. The best part, of course, is that Odor was the baserunner, yet he was still the one who went nuts, started the fight, and threw the first punch.
He was also responsible for one of the dirtiest slides I've ever seen (just last year), and last week he went all Machado on Donaldson and started yelling at him because he tagged him too hard. I'm sure there are a lot of factors coming into play for him, but it's pretty obvious he has some serious anger issues.

Your boy got lit up, Phil, none of this changes that.

It's not like I would ever deny that. It was a hell of a shot.

Surprised that Odor stuck with baseball, after seeing these couple of videos.

If you take out the shot heard round the world, it's basically your run of the mill baseball skirmish. I don't think the punishments should be that harsh.

the brewers just loaded the bases with no outs in the bottom of the 12th, then proceeded to pop up three times in a row
