I use an old Silverchair CD and call them Frogstomp burgers.

Yes, hot skillet or plate, place meatball down snd smash it. Cooks fast and in any juices it loses as not a grill surface.

it's amazing how much real estate a small ball of ground beef smashed into a hot pan can take up.

Called an audible. Oldest Weaseling came back from grandma’s with right-from-the-garden zucchini so I’m grilling that instead of having the spinach.
