There's a time frame around when the election must be held. Coming up to an election the ruling party decides when the election will be within that time frame. They decided - the other parties went 'Not Fair' once the new lockdown happened, so they moved it our to even up the playing field

Well, the somewhat good (as can be) news out of UNC is that they are letting my partner's son stay up there since he and his roommate are symptomatic. So, when the test from yesterday comes back, if it is positive, they'll stay there until they have a negative test, then be forced to go home. Since his symptoms are mild, everyone seems to be on board with this so he doesn't bring it home. He has access to food and medical care, and we are only 2 and a half hours a way if something arises.
