I follow this guy trying to make traditional French dishes simple for us rubes to make. This week’s focus was potatoes and he made one that i will be trying in the near future: fondant potatoes. Anyway, made garlic butter roasted potatoes for dinner tonight

I’ve tried those once. They turned out ok but there was a LOT to them. It’s tuned me off making them again.

I tried the factor meals for the week (lunch and dinner). they have some really good tasty ones (garlic herb chicken and tomato braised chickpeas and Lemon Herb Grilled chicken with Quinoa rice blend and broccoli)
I tried the smokey gouda macaroni and shredded beef today and it was meh.
Will see how the others go
