Sorry, I missed this. The taste was good but they didn't look anything like they did in the prep video I watched. More practice needed, I guess?

What did you think of the prep and cooking? Not enough to stop you from trying again, I guess.

The prep was a little tedious, I don't mind the cooking part. Will try again one day for sure, but many other potato dishes I want to try first.

Tonight is cheeseburgers at the high school football game. I prepared. I brought some bacon left over from breakfast and mixed up a spice blend to put on the burgers. Let’s do this.

I find this happens more often than not with these social media cooking videos.

Watching the Seahawks. A few beers and grabbed a couple of packs of Captain Wafers

Was in another part of town to pick up some window cleaning supplies and remembered this burger joint I’ve been wanting to try was nearby. I got the Oklahoma fried onion burger, probably the best burger I’ve had in Australia.

Not true, could’ve been roo.

Went to a hibachi place in Harrisonburg, VA last night for supper. Overheard a cat at the table next to us order his steak blue. The cook didn’t know what that meant so he had to ask the guy what it was. I don’t think that meat was on the grill for more than 20 seconds before he put it on his plate.

I know this is an "old guy" thing, but I sure do love the late lunch/early dinner out. Back home and chilling with a full belly.
