Get him out and revoke his citizenship. He doesn’t deserve it.
I’ve wondered this as well.BurtReynolds wrote:I've always wondered what's stopping them from just destroying the Epstein files? I figure that will happen "on accident".

Apparently the US government isn’t the only copy. Not sure why others haven’t released the information yet. Presumably the UK has it as it was enough to strip someone of royalty over his involvement in itB wrote:I’ve wondered this as well.BurtReynolds wrote:I've always wondered what's stopping them from just destroying the Epstein files? If Trump destroyed the files ("Oops! Jimmy accidentally shredded it all!"), and those other sources keep silent, he'll clearly face no consequences. If those other sources release the information, and he's in the files, he's in no more trouble than if he hadn't destroyed the files.E.H. Gonna have to watch the highlights.E.H. Ruddock wrote:Did anyone just watch that press conference? JFC what was that? I can't imagine Biden not being immediately impeached after something like that.
Very wishful thinking. I don’t think anything in the files will hurt him, only others.B wrote:If Trump destroyed the files ("Oops! The double standards are unbelievable. Imagine if Biden had sent the military to red states...E.H. Ruddock wrote:Did anyone just watch that press conference? JFC what was that? I can't imagine Biden not being immediately impeached after something like that.
I think the Epstein thing does far more damage to him because it was being pushed primarily by the right (The files existed under democrat regimes too, a fact that is conveniently forgotten). The ICE issue falls neatly along political lines, so doesn't really change anything, and the Greenland thing probably wouldn't hurt that much either, despite it being unpopular.B wrote:If Trump destroyed the files ("Oops! The guy at the Ford plant Yelled "pedophile protector", not "fuck ICE". That is telling to me.
What's funny is that Trump could have just ignored the Epstein stuff and probably been fine, but this slow rollout and half promises is hilariously bad politics.
It's just one guy, but one could argue it's what people still care about, despite it not being the headline lately. And given Trump's reaction, it seemed to really piss him off. It's clearly a problem for him, in a way that police fighting with protestors never will be.lennytheweedwhacker wrote:What is telling about what one dude yelled?BurtReynolds wrote:I think the Epstein thing does far more damage to him because it was being pushed primarily by the right (The files existed under democrat regimes too, a fact that is conveniently forgotten). Of course people still care about it, but comparing that to him or anybody else not yelling “Fuck ice” at the same moment in time is incredibly illogical.
