Thanks, malice. I didn't exaggerate anything, though, for the record. The thing he took issue with is really simple. Even still, thank you. I feel better now. I sent platy a PM last night basically begging him to acknowledge that trag was being unreasonable so that I wouldn't feel crazy. I chose plat because he was the only person online other than crackpot. He wasn't very helpful in soothing me, though, so I had vegan nightmares all night.

For the record, asher, everyone reacts differently physiologically, it's usually best to stay away from definitive statements when talking about how people can sustain their eating habits etc., ideally, sure, everyone can do specific things with their diets and be fine, but saying everyone can, about anything?
