For the record, asher, everyone reacts differently physiologically, it's usually best to stay away from definitive statements when talking about how people can sustain their eating habits etc., ideally, sure, everyone can do specific things with their diets and be fine, but saying everyone can, about anything? Too much differentiation to put it out there that way.
