or being played by someone else entirely.
Fair enough.

I like Matt, but if forced to vote, I'm a Jack Irons kinda guy...Matt's talent is best used in SG.

However, comparing drummers is kinda hard as PJ was different with each drummer not solely because of the actual drummer, but also the era, their personal lives, etc. Having Dave or Jack or Ringo Starr would not absolutely take them back to that time/sound nor would they play Yellow Submarine.

If they cover Never Gonna Give You Up, that'd likely be the pinnacle.

Me too. I put it on almost PJ every mix I make.

This is surprisingly NOT the train wreck I was expecting. Ed sounds decent and the band is pretty tight. Maybe they've been reading our complaints...?

I always thought the band was tight. I never thought it wsa the problem. It is really only a problem when they attempt a rare b side on a whim...

Most of the problem is Ed (and setlists and lack of new material) but he sounds great now and its early in the show.

I'm going to have to leave shortly, take up the reigns somebody.

For those who heard the whole thing, was Even Flow a shorter (less jammed out) version being up front?

Yeah, that'd be even better, especially if he said this is for TSIS/RM.
