Handheld vidya games are great for long flights and/or long shits, and with the latter you've got plenty of time to stockpile!

There is one other way: An "unarmed" Khajiit who does wrestling moves for killing blows. I think they get a bonus when using fists? I dunno, it's pretty funny.
