I love it so much. I know Shame is a better album but Best Friends? is probably my favorite.

I think Interiors and The Family are both better albums than Shame.

Those are his three best records for sure. I still think that 'Shame' is the best one.
But I do also love 'Best Friends'

I have the first four in my top 40. Not the last two. I seriously considered On The Banks for the 18, and it probably deserves a spot.

Pearl is so good. I've always felt it's the centrepiece of Let It All Begin.
The last time Shawn played my home city he said it was about his mum. So I guess she is the eponymous Pearl.

The Full Sentence, though... oof what an album. I have a lot of love for The Diamond Hand too, which rarely gets a mention for some reason.

Let It All Begin and Shield Of Thorns, have grown the most for me. I was disappointed with Welcome to Discovery Park when it was released, but now I think it's a solid album.

I am so proud to be a champion of Shawn Smith. The album of music we collaborated on will be completed and proudly available. I will keep y/all updated. I cant wrap my head around the fact that you left us a year ago. Gone, never to be forgotten. RIP, my brother.
