I haven't watched that but the title implies that it doesn't include the NOT HIDDEN Jedi who survived Order 66. So...

You seem to not really like much of what Star Wars is now. So why do you spend so much time on YouTube watching videos about it?

I dislike TRoS, the prequels, and I don't know if I dislike the books or if I'm just bored with them.

That leaves a LOT of Star Wars for me to enjoy.
