I did it little by little. Grains, then two days back on the diet, dairy then two days etc.

Now I'm free to eat whatever, but I really haven't wanted the stuff I cut out too much yet.

Everyone had a good laugh in this thread, but now I'm 100% primed for quarantine and ration life, suckers!

This is getting close again. Happening in 38 days to be exact (I like my New Year's Day meals to be wild and gluttonous.)

My kid's been hanging in there with me all week until today, when somehow he got some Cheez-it crusted chicken strips for lunch today. So much for solidarity!

i'll roll with you, reid. i'm experiencing some sort of stomach acid issue for the time in my life, so a bit of a forced diet and dry january for this guy.

You'll even out soon and get in a rhythm as long as you keep getting your protein and drink tons of water.
