I’d also like to put Four Tet’s Rounds in here. I enjoy a few of his other albums, but that one is just head and shoulders above.

The second album is really good.
I think Heartbeat City and Shake it Up are both excellent albums. While not as good as their best album, they aren't "significantly worse" than it.
