My appreciation of DTE has been totally colored by the sheer number of underwhelming live takes. When I hear the recorded version, I'm like "Oh yeah, I forgot how awesome this song is."

Insignificance. DTE is my second or third favorite PJ song, but this is still a clear choice to me.

Some live versions are absolutely killer, but others fall kind of flat. Depends on the placement in the set and how much energy Ed brings to it. Sitting here weighing this, I'm finding there's literally no way I can differentiate between the greatness of these two songs. Each are no-doubt, five-star classics for me. I literally flipped a coin.
