Well for a song to rock Ed has to do a little more. On Insignificance he has no energy, no scream, and is monotone the whole song. It's not enough. That whole era whenever the band rocked Ed (and Matt) wouldn't (couldn't) go there.

Insignificance is one of only 2 5 star songs in the modern era (post-2000) of Pearl Jam for me, so something for everyone I guess. I am not as big on NAIS as others though.

I can't believe how many times NAIS has appeared in this thread. That is the song I that got me into pearl jam.
