Is this thread about songs by other artists that sound like Pearl Jam, or songs by other artists that sound like Pearl Jam?

There’s a big difference.

I gotta be honest, nothing is ringing a bell here for me?

The Whoo Hoo whatever vocalization at the beginning ,(and later throughout the song) always reminds me of Eddie's whoops.

In fact, I thought this song was Pearl Jam back when I was stupid.

I always felt that the instrumental jam on Radiohead's "2+2=5" (at around 2:25) had a real mid-period Pearl Jam vibe
There's an artist called Reignwolf that I always felt sounded kind of like what PJ were doing in the early 90s.
Here's an example:

The first half of the riff of a new Offspring song sounds similar to "Spin the Black Circle"

Sure does. Really weird because the Offspring never borrow riffs.

I think it's likely a coincidence. It's a pretty simple riff to land on. Just like that Husker Du riff before STBC

I think Pearl Jam is hard to find elsewhere, musically speaking. The music of the band is largely driven by the alchemy of Stone and Mike so right away you need a two-guitar band which cuts out a lot. Stone and Mike also are both very distinctive. Stone isn't a background power-chord thumper with Mike shredding over the top. So you'd need a two-guitar band with two distinctive personalities that distill each other down to their respective essence after a couple of records.

Given the drift away from guitars in popular music and the further drift into people making entire records alone because home recording technology has made it possible, I find the kind of chemistry that goes into Pearl Jam's sound to be nearly the last of its kind.

Anyway, Garden is the Seattle version of Simple Man by Lynyrd Skynyrd, sonically speaking.

I get the feeling that the majority of rock bands are two-guitar bands
