This totally ties into the woman in the park that Mark's sister runs into. The one who doesn't seem to remember Mark's sister at all from the delivery.

Not only does it tie in, it’s the same woman.

Well, when we’re first introduced to Gabby (the senator’s wife) we don’t fully understand the context of the confusion. So we’re not really looking to tie all that together. But yeah, that one was pretty obvious.
