My buddy and I got hammered at a downtown Chicago Chili’s before a Vedder show once. It was empty and happy hour; I think we had about 3/4 of a bottle of Captain Morgan. Chili’s.

According to Wikipedia they serve "American and Tex-Mex" food. So maybe they are semi Mexican (extremely semi)
