I should have said, “Let’s rank all the movies with ‘Ghostbusters’ in the title.” As long as there’s bustin’ of ghosts, let’s rank ‘em.

On Netflix now. I just watched it because of how much I loved Ghostbusters 1 and 2. I thought After Life was tedious. It had some fun moments, but it was overlong.

This movie is much better. There are too many characters and too many subplots, and the movie tries to be everything to everyone, but the special effects are cool, the nods and callbacks are fun, and Dan Aykroyd is just the best. He’s an all-time favorite of mine. I wish he had a vehicle like Only Murders so I could watch him in a series.
