You can hear Stone in the left speaker playing a melodic guitar part underneath Mike's main part in the outro
I some times think this is the best moment of the record.Monkey_Driven wrote:AS SHE SMILED AND PLAYED A MINOR CHORD

Clem, I'm just posting this here, but I have enjoyed reading your comments throughoutClem Halibut wrote:This song was meant for the Radio
Although, I think it might be weird to follow up Dark Matter and Wreckage with this one.
It almost seems like they need to release Waiting for Stevie first and then follow that up with Won't Tell
Either way...I can totally hear this being a big radio song on all formats Pop, Rock & even Country
This one really shines with headphones
Opening lick is definitely evokes U2, but that Outro lick is totally paying homage to The CURE
Specifically Pictures of You
Thank you!stip wrote:Clem, I'm just posting this here, but I have enjoyed reading your comments throughoutClem Halibut wrote:This song was meant for the Radio

This is totally single-worthy. I can see this having great success too. Especially on Adult Alternative format. This is one of the best ballads I’ve heard from them. Who knows they may release more than three radio singles this time. I could see this and another rocker like Scared of Fear or React, Respond too.Clem Halibut wrote:This song was meant for the Radio

Love the delivery of these linesMs Harmless wrote:"in my dream you told
me to let the longing go,

these lines pierce me for personal reasons
agree, but they mesh this timeMike wrote:I still think this has heavy Infallible vibes. The slower/groovier verses with the super poppy chorus.

and then a nice U2/The Cure outro at the end
