Nah, this was demeaning. I’m sure events led up to it, but it’s inexcusable, especially at his age at the time. It was his worst public moment, I think.

So they make a live action video, advertising the sale of their new album, with green screens in the back, which can be edited for a commercial. I really don't think this is high on the embarrassment ladder, compared to MANY other examples.

Nothing wrong with trying to sell your product. Any other band would get no shit for commercial advertising.
