so, yesterday, our neighbors/good friends mentioned they wanted to have our fish and chips that my wife has perfected over the last couple weeks..we agreed to make it again last night and eat in the back yard..anyway, while heating the oil my wife had to take a business call and didn't tell me she was heating the oil..long story short, the wolf oven top had a 1/2 inch of oil on the left side of the 2 burners...ive been cleaning for quite some time and they won't light up...watched youtube vids and everything...argh

I jumped on the panini station of our restaurant today to make myself an impromptu Italian sandwich, nothing special. In haste, I grabbed basil when I meant to grab spinach. Didn't notice it because I was trying to be quick while the line cook was on a smoke break. Turned out to be the best sandwich I've had in a while.
The build: sliced ham, feta, white cheddar, olives, balsamic, salt and pepper, calibrian chili peppers, tomatoes, pickled red onions, and the mistake basil.

Can't wait to get shit for not telling spinach and basil apart. They were the same shade. That's all I have to say for myself.
