When Binaural came out I proclaimed it to be the second best album, after No Code.

Then I cooled on it for a bit but then it came right back up the rankings.

I spent probably close to a year convinced it was possibly their best album.

I think it stayed in my 2 spot for about a year.

I was playing it yesterday. It really is an awesome album. When I was listening to it all I could think "I really don't get how people can say Lightning Bolt is better than this..."

The legacy reissue versions have some bonus b-sides, apart from that they're much the same as the originals. In all honesty, the bonus tracks really don't add much, but if you want the extras the by all means get those versions.
