Mark Ronson (with Tame Impala's Kevin Parker) and co. cover QOTSA's 'I Sat by the Ocean'. It makes me say "holy shit" and also "I have wasted over a decade playing electric bass when I should have just been playing keys". A real eye-opener.

Yeah that is the definitive version of the song
Also, I love Elvis's cover of Fiona's own "I Know" from that same show. He turns it into a slow-dance soul ballad. Unfortunately it can no longer be found online.
