But also like you mention, Johnny Ramone was Ed's best friend and I've heard from people that Johnny loved Ed to death. I don't believe for a second he "warned" Rick to watch out for Ed. I don't think the person who has that account knows how much Ed and Johnny loved each other. He should have went with a different Ramone and not Johnny. But who knows.

This guy is saying it like Johnny told him Ed has horrible issues and I'm warning you not to work for him. One, I don't believe Johnny would have said something like that about Ed. Whether it's true or not, it's very unprofessional to bring up in a public forum. About as unprofessional as how Ed treated him on stage that night (which, I guess, itself was as unprofessional as not being able to tune a fucking guitar).
