Low Light is fantastic.

How is Of The Earth on here? We don't have a studio version, and I think people just like it b/c it's better than most songs on the last 3 albums. That's not saying a whole lot, but I don't think it's overrated; rather a glimpse that the band still has "it" in them, thus the enthusiasm for it.

I don't really rate it one way or the other. I guess you and I have different takes on what we think of as overrated. I've seen quite a few post around these parts saying that they don't like the song, so I'm not so sure it's overrated here. Anyway, to me, mild enthusiasm is very different from something being overrated.

Interesting how many songs in here would have to be rated to be overrated. In the Moonlight ?
As much as I disagree with someone stating Not for You is overrated at least it is a song which is rated by not only pearl jam fans.

Not a list of most overrated but all are bog fuckin' average, and on stronger albums would be no doubt recognised as such. The last four could be exchanged for some more from LB and Backspacer but felt I might have been picking on those two a little much. It would be interesting to know the age of the listener for some suggested - some songs are definitely for periods in your life. I doubt a 10 year old would enjoy Not For You as much as I did as a 17-18 Year old. But hey could be wrong.

Is your username a reference to circumcision? If so that's kind of gross.

Decided to just pick a song from each album, they're in no particular order. Not sure what songs may be particularly popular here, I looked over other lists posted to get an idea and may have stolen a few nominations that didn't occur to me at first.

I'm just seeing songs people don't like, not overrated songs, here, I'll try.

These seem to be pretty highly rated among most Pearl Jam fans, at least here at RM. And they're all overrated.

Sirens... Yep, it's so bad, it's even overrated here

DTE... Yeah, it's badass, but here it's too sacred.

Ten is overrated by the larger fan base, the band, and Cameron Crowe. Not sure what folks around here think of it. Given how much phenomenal music came out right around the same time (Nevermind, Achtung Baby, Out of Time, Bloodsugarsexmagic, etc), it was way down on the food chain. I could just name every song on that album, but a few of 'em are okay in my book. So . . .

Special mention goes to the short list of covers that the band has been playing since forever: RITFW, Baba, Crazy Mary, I've Got a Feeling, Another Brick in the Wall, etc.

It is not overrated around here, though many of its component parts are still highly regarded.

Despite the ridiculous amount of top shelf records that came out in 91 I'd still put ten at the top of that list. Then again I'd put ten ahead of every album ever except vitalogy and automatic for the people
