I once ran one with a 6 hour limit. You'd wake up the next morning and there'd be like 3 people eligible to pick. it was glorious.

If Kaius doesn't get his pick in by 12:07 Eastern Time tonight, we'll let the next person pick. That'll have given him twenty-four hours from the time Varis picked. After that point, we'll go with an eight hour time limit. You could also designate someone to put your pick in for you if you think you'll be away when your turn comes up; Just let us know who you designated.

I'll move you back there. I hadn't stopped to consider that to some people that last spot in the round is the premium spot. It's not fair to take it from you.
