Oklahoma city is a great show..thanks for the heads up.
I'm trying to make a good compilation of 2013-2014 shows for my trip to Italy. Would you mind offering some suggestions for a couple songs that are played often like Given to Fly, lightning bolt, go, black, and do the evolution? Thank you in advance.lowlight79 wrote:I just started the Gold Coast Show, my god ED sounds fucking horrible here. Auckland was rather good.
Why Go > DTE that opens Adelaide is about as good as modern-day PJ gets. Auckland has a great Black, and the best LB is definitely OKCmav22erick wrote:I'm trying to make a good compilation of 2013-2014 shows for my trip to Italy. Yeah, those two are seriously great.ridleybradout wrote:Why Go > DTE that opens Adelaide is about as good as modern-day PJ gets.
I tried to listen to Cleveland 2010 a couple of weeks ago and the audio quality was so bad I had to turn it off.numbers wrote:Man, I just had a 2010 song come on my ipod followed by a 2014 song in the shuffle. The difference in audio quality between the two is mindblowing.
The crazy part is 2010 still sounds better than 2008 and 2009.matt reeder wrote:I tried to listen to Cleveland 2010 a couple of weeks ago and the audio quality was so bad I had to turn it off.numbers wrote:Man, I just had a 2010 song come on my ipod followed by a 2014 song in the shuffle. If you're able to, definitely do it. Back to back shows make for a great couple of days.BigRedLedbetter wrote: Lincoln can't get here soon enough and I'm toying with the idea of going to Tulsa as well.....even by myself.....shows on back to back nights would just be

Auckland's probably the best of the bunch, Adelaide's OK too.VinylGuy wrote:Should i get one 2014 show?
Which one? I think Strat said there was an australian one that was good...
I agree. Sometimes "friends" are more aggrevation than benefit.Birds in Hell wrote:If it's something I really want to see, I personally think it's preferable to go alone.BigRedLedbetter wrote:I like the OKC show. I heartily endorse this post.Birds in Hell wrote:Auckland's probably the best of the bunch, Adelaide's OK too.VinylGuy wrote:Should i get one 2014 show?

The Euro and US shows might end up throwing up some better shows from this year, so you may want to bear that in mind.
I concur. When I travel for shows I usually do at least two. And don't worry about going alone.Evvo wrote:If you're able to, definitely do it. Seeing back to back shows takes away the whole "i hope they play this, oh no they played Porch that means I wont get RVM" dynamic of seeing Pearl Jam.BigRedLedbetter wrote:I like the OKC show. As a rather new person to the board and someone who is a PJ live show virgin (embarrassing I know) it's entertaining and refreshing to hear how intense you guys speak (well....type) about live shows.
