I seldom sleep very long after drinking all night. I usually wake up from dehydration after a few hours and the shame of what I did the night before keeps me up.

I don't know, it's been happening since I was a teenager.
I turned down drinks last night for this reason, only had a glass of whiskey immediately before bed. Slept like a baby.

Damn. Yesterday was a bad one. There are text chains going around, pictures of me in various poses covering my face to shield it from the light. In the car, pool chair, couch… yikes.
