I have never so much as touched a tobacco product in my life, so I wouldn't know. My drummer liked swisher sweets (sp?), though, and his car always smelled like burnt candy.

My wife's grandmother is about to die. I'm thinking of telling her it's no big deal. She had a stroke a few years ago and her recent output has been pretty disappointing.

It would have been a much bigger loss if she had died right after that amazing 65th birthday party. Everyone had a great time with her then.

I don't think I'd seen anything Robin had done (again, outside of Louie) for about 10 years. His loss hit me harder because I remember more of his work. And I was impacted far more by Robin than Joan. Also, I won't lie, the circumstances of his death hit me way harder as well.
