What's Miles's friend's name? My understanding is this is supposed to be Ned Leeds.

Don't know what the name is in the movie. They can call him Ned Leeds but he's effectively Ganke Lee in look, personality and the role he fills in Spider-Man's life. Based on the trailer anyways.

They are making Miles Morales Spider-Man with Peter Parker as Miles and add Aunt May. I don't have a problem with it.

Liz Allan was Flash Thompson's girlfriend in high school with Peter. She later married Harry Osborne.

And the girl supposed to be playing Mary Jane is in the trailer in the cafeteria scene. She's the one that calls Peter and Ned losers.

Man, they are soaking this moving in the MCU.

yeah, i liked the vulture too...and Keaton.

But im still so fucking bored with the spidey movies...it feels they are gettin a lot of things right and still i really really dont care.

I have 6 and 10 year old boys so my excitement level is irrelevant...I'll be seeing this and every movie like it regardless but it does look pretty good and Keaton will be a great bad guy.

I really dig this trailer. Has the exact right tone/feel to it. I never thought I'd be excited for a new Spider-Man film. But here we are.

People sure did jump to that conclusion. But it's never been confirmed by anyone. Zendaya is playing a character in the movie. She's the one who calls Peter a loser in the trailer. IMDB has her listed as playing "Michelle."

Could be a secret MJ reveal or something like that. But as of right now we don't if MJ is even in the movie, let alone who is playing her.

I have somewhat high hopes for this movie
