That's a great set of songs. Two of my top 5.
Yes, they are fantastic.

I used to think Parachutes was bland.

Now it's top 10.

Blood took time for me too. Like 15-20 years. But I do enjoy it now.

If you're referring to the album version, then no, that's not the case.
Yes, the album version popped up on shuffle the other day on the ride to work and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I sort of remember the demo, but can't find it. If it's legal and out there in a good format, point me in the right direction.

Same here. I always liked it, but it felt so much like a half-assed Beatles cover without all the bells and whistles that make a good Beatles song. So, yeah, I never hated it, but I did find it boring for a while. Now I goddamn LOVE it.

same here, except I didn't think anything made for a good Beatles song. But now it's a favorite. Not top 10, but a great song.

I don't care for Parachutes. I don't hate it at all, but I don't get the admiration.

Lucky this is a quote pyramid so Varis won't get too exasperated.

Riot Act. Hated this album so much for the first couple of years it was released. Then something about it just clicked.

"Click" is definitely one of the first sounds I hear anytime "Sweet Lew" comes on the stereo...

Force of Nature. Seemed real cheesy for a long time. Not sure what's changed, but I seem to be enjoying it quite a bit lately. I keep noticing Ed's vocals are pretty cool. It feels weird, but a lot of Backspacer seems to be getting better with time.

I'm still waiting on Force of Nature. I like the lyrics well enough, but the song just makes me queasy.

Lighter, in an effort to hear the true grooviness of this track. Never stop jamming.
Holy shit this made me laugh so much :haha:

I'm a big fan of the Sweet Lew demo.
