that final shot of Hulk leaping at that fire monster!

Cate Blanchet looks like she's going to chew and swallow every scene she's in, in the best way possible

The fire monster is Surtur. Voiced by Clancy Brown, no less.

youd be wrong. for most of the story on sakaar appear to be heavily influenced by kirbys art work and are neither flashback, retelling, quick montage and while not a plot device it aids the plot

I guess the comedy element. Neither Banner nor Thor strike me as funny guys.

Plus the interior sets look similar

Thor is usually portrayed as a bit of a dim bulb, not quite as literal as Drax but close; that makes for good comedy.

Thor has been played for comedy in every appearance he's made. He is super self-serious and not especially bright which makes for good fodder.

I don't remember any of the films he's been in really tbh. The marvel movies all sorta blend into each other really.

Yeah lots of effects but everything is so digital. Even when they are in actual sets, it looks really cheap and weird.

The CGI looks incomplete but that's become common for these event trailers

Hulk talking looks awful.

The photography on Ruffalo and Thor looks weirdly cheap.
