broken iris wrote:So let's see:
Good:
Easy to get to venue
Weekend show
Lots of accomedations in the area
GA reserved for 10c
multi-tiered pricings
announced 6 months in advance
Bad:
Lotto
Shows announced before the rest of the tour
We are getting close to ideal here team.

Worse with the wind chill.Dr. Van Nostrand wrote:those better be fake pics, if they try to play there tonight it will be a much shorter set then the east troy 00 show, i think it was -10 degrees last night in Chicago.
Yes, good point as well. It just sucks when you try to put all your eggs in one basket then it doesn't work out and you see 0 shows.broken iris wrote:Chloe wrote:broken iris wrote:So let's see:

Fair enough, but at least they specifcally said more US dates in fall... unlike previous outta nowhere shows (Chicago 2009)
Good luck. After 16 years in the 10c, I have yet to win a ticket lottery.lefty wrote:So after talking in the bitching thread about not being in Ten Club for several years now, I said fuck it and rejoined yesterday. I put in a lottery bid for GA tickets for the hell of it. Maybe I'll get luck or something.
My point exactly LOLChris_H_2 wrote:I can't wait until they announce a Thursday night show at somewhere like the Metro at the last second and everyone freaks out because they already made travel plans.
and that show will have a set list that is so much better then the Wrigley show or showsChris_H_2 wrote:I can't wait until they announce a Thursday night show at somewhere like the Metro at the last second and everyone freaks out because they already made travel plans.
I have a feeling it's going to be like 1995 and Soldier Field again in terms of getting tickets.Strat wrote:Probably not worth it to put a hold on for all three ticket levels. IM guessing there wont be a problem getting tickets to the show in one way or another. Perhaps ill just put in a request for GA and hope for the best. OTherwise try my luck at public sale and extras...
Dont think I care to put aside $500 some bucks for the potential of getting tickets.
OMG that would be sweet!Chris_H_2 wrote:I can't wait until they announce a Thursday night show at somewhere like the Metro at the last second and everyone freaks out because they already made travel plans.
they had the same sort of system for tickets back then, right? Clusterfuck?Fuck You Jobu wrote:I have a feeling it's going to be like 1995 and Soldier Field again in terms of getting tickets.Strat wrote:Probably not worth it to put a hold on for all three ticket levels. Oh, I'm not expecting it, but what's it hurt to try?broken iris wrote:Good luck. - Spoiler: show
anyone know if they will announce who has gotten fan club tickets before the general sale? thats my only real worry about this new ticket process, if they wait to tell you after the general sale and you strike out all togetherFuck You Jobu wrote:I have a feeling it's going to be like 1995 and Soldier Field again in terms of getting tickets.Strat wrote:Probably not worth it to put a hold on for all three ticket levels. Total clusterfuck. I think I was able to get tickets in like 5 mins since I knew the number to an obscure Ticketmaster in Iowa though. Ahhh the good ole days.Chloe wrote:they had the same sort of system for tickets back then, right?
