RM has some negativity, but there's plenty of positive. It's been that way since the board before the board that crashed in 2003 or 04.

Generally speaking, I think the band have impressed me more over the last two years than they have at any time since the mid 2000s. They're doing good things, playing solid shows. I'm into it.

This is true for me as well. I think they got the live show back on track with the "An Evening with..." concept. It gave everyone a bit of what they wanted.

I would enjoy hearing Vitalogy, VS., Ten, or No Code in its entirety but if they ever decide to play Riot Act in its entirety I hope its far away from me lol.

Guys, I'm relying on you to notice the important things at these shows.

First the return of the original Go intro that went unremarked upon and now we have Mike McCready playing a goddamn JAZZMASTER on Little Wing!

WHAT THE GODDAMN HELL.

This is wonderful. Ed even remarks "nice guitar!" at the end.

I actually meant to come in and post this earlier! I had it on in the background and it sounded super beautiful but just assumed it was his strat. Actually looked at the video and saw the guitar and was pretty impressed!

Though the cover of the song still kind of sucks.

Honestly, i compare it to their Ittle Wing/Maggot Brain cover which I think is the ultimate of it. I think if ed nailed down the words and phrasing a little better it would be solid.

The Maggot Brain show was your first, wasn't it? I can see how nothing would match up to that.

Some great videos on YT for this show:

The negativity about this show is pretty funny to me. I thought it was a damn good show. Red Mosquito was great. Hell even Imagine which I didn't want to hear sounded great. I would say this show and Ft. Lauderdale were two great shows. Miami was solid too but wasn't as good. I'm hoping tonight will be a great Florida wrap up.

People in attendance had serious problems with the sound. The band had problems with the sound equipment. Ed had 4 microphone changes alone. I hope everything gets straightened out.

Ed sounds quite good in those clips. Wonder if he's laying off the smokes. I'm sure having the day off in between shows is helping too. Thanks for posting, Spenno.

That in the moonlight was fantastic! Definitely seems rehearsed! I love the little one note flare McCready adds in the chorus. nice touch.

When you say "original Go intro" are you referring to the little jam-ish part at the beginning on the studio version?

He was supposed to have quit 2-3 years ago. Did he start back, or did it not take?

Jeez watching his face it seems to take him so much effort to stay in control of his voice <_<

At least he does the "todaaa....haaay" stuff less

This has been true since at least 2006.
