The best Jeremy I saw live was 7/11/03. I
thought I was over Jeremy and then I saw it with some of the best fans ever to gather for a Pearl Jam concert. Jeremy held it's own, after that amazing preset and a really solid main set and 1st encore.

Yeah, MTV awards is a great version...Actually all of them are very good. Im a huuuuge fan of No Jeremy for example. I got that single and its one my favorite PJ related vinyl.

Same....at the very least the most memorable to me. Takes me back to the days when the freaking MTV video music awards were must watches!

Oh yeah and super important too. I remember NIN playing in 1999 i think? or the 2000? It was such an event.

maybe someone who understands music better than me can explain this, but what the hell is happening with the vocal melody in the verses? the chorus makes sense, but the verses almost sound like free jazz or something. and the end is eddie just kinda yelling, which is someone of the best sounds in rock music, despite the lack of words.
