Just had some over easy cooked in fresh bacon grease, even had the little left behind bits scattered throughout the whites.

I changed my mind once I started putting in the effort to poach them. Sunnyside is good if you're even remotely running behind schedule.

My favourite way to eat eggs is either eggs Benedict or eggs royale. But I'll eat them boiled, poached, scrambled, baked or fried. I like the yolks runny. Also, I make awesome scrambled eggs. Soft and silky with butter and pepper.
