Estranged is in semi regular rotation as is Dust n Bones and 14 years
They play Estranged regularly, but they only play 14 years when Izzy joins them out on tour, and they haven't played Dust N Bones in nearly 20.

I would mark out in a second for a GNR show with the original lineup and would be excited to see what Izzy, Slash, and Duff could do with some of the songs from CD.
I think The Blues, Better, Catcher in the Rye, and IRS could have been on any of the GNR albums and been huge hits for them.
I completely agree. Chinese Democracy is nothing short of a masterpiece. You just don't hear rock records that have the sort of grandiose, epic feel anymore. I never really respected Axl as a songwriter and artist until I heard CD. Most people's problems with CD have nothing to do with music. I disagree about the stage show- if you watch Rio and Bridge or just actively search for bad performances than I could see saying that, but aside from those shows where Axl is sick, they really put on a great performance. They're far tighter, more coherent, and more consistent than the old band ever was.

Yeah, I don't know. His voice sounds shot, so I guess you can only fault him for still trying to do shows. The guitars, though, damn... how can you fuck up like this. Oh well.
Only Axl could be so thoroughly crucified for doing a charity show for disabled kids for free- even though he had strep throat.

Why the heck not? is the best thing I can come up with in the pro column, and "why bother" is the best argument against it.

You should. At worst, it'll be hilarious.

Be sure to take the most conspicuous piece of photo/video equipment you own, and get up close.

They have some amazing tunes and a big stage show. The band is comprised of very talented musicians.

"...at one point Tommy, possibly egged on by someone in the crowd, said something to Paul and he replied “What’s that? “You’re in the jungle baby?” Ohhhh, I knew it was coming. Oh No! Far be it from me to giving you shit for being in Van Halen”, poking fun at Tommy for being a member of Guns N’ Roses."

Oh this is so much LOL:
Bumblebee fuck or whatever his name around the Bridge is pure comedy gold. He is super pumped to be able to put the ovesized comical Storm Trooper mask on but quickly realizes he cant play without seeing his fret board, so he awkwardly struggles to put it above his eyes, only for it to keep falling down. He fucks the solo up enough to wear he just stops playing and tosses the helmet down...
ONLY TO PICK IT BACK UP AGAIN FOR THE LAST CHORUS.
