The only one I can think of that is truly perfect, and I'm not even that big of a U2 fan:
U2 - Achtung Baby
Honourable mentions:
Rolling Stones - Let it Bleed
SP - Siamese Dream (Space boy? Sweet Sweet?)
Radiohead - Ok Computer

Achtung Baby has Mysterious Ways, so that's out.
Pop, on the other hand...

I never cared for Sweet Sweet. The rest are great.

I don't think I've heard a flawless album yet. I have many favorites, but can't say they lacked any flaws. The Merkinball EP/single is the closest thing I have heard, and its flaw is that it is too short. They needed to make a triple album in that exact headspace. Most of the albums mentioned here so far I think have been great albums, but all had their flaws somewhere in there.

Dark Side of the Moon surely fits the description - i'd think it was made to be perfect hence the relatively conservative, minimalist playing and the flawless production.
having said that, i think that rock music begs for rough edges in order to be great so in that aspect, there's probably many "perfect" albums out there.

Perfect From Now On is perfect.

Perfect is not quantifiable (without a HUGE discussion as to being agreeably subjective), pick an album and explain why you feel it is perfect to you: if that wasn't the intention of this thread then it was doomed from conception.
I'm currently tossed between production over song selection and total flow to me, and it's not even an oasis LP.

I don't own a single Smashing Pumpkins record, but doesn't Siamese Dream have 'Today' on it?

If you ask me to name one perfect record I would say,
Pearl Jam- Yield
However, this is a Pearl Jam message board in the "other bands" category so I assume that PJ isn't eligible.
In that case, my one perfect record would be
Helmet- In the Meantime

while i disagree, it is a perfect helmet album.
"earth tone suits you, so give it a smile!" that's a top ten favorite lyric of mine by any band.
