Nah, I'll probably hold onto it for 4K HDR gaming.Monkey_Driven wrote:You going to sell the XBOX One then?LoathedVermin72 wrote:I bought a new 4K player, and at first, while it was certainly an improvement in the lag, it was still present, even though it was slight. Now everything syncs up perfectly.wease wrote:How'd you fix it?LoathedVermin72 wrote:After much headache and hassle, I am thrilled that I have FINALLY fixed the audio lag on my system!

Not yet. I am saving RE7 to play in VR though. Part of the reason I upgraded to the Pro was for future VR use.tragabigzanda wrote:You do any VR stuff yet?

Glad you noticed the differences, too! I upgraded to a 2TB hard drive and noticed better load times as well.Monkey_Driven wrote:Got a PS4 Pro on Craigslist. Looks incredible.

Load times seem to be a bit faster. Very glad to have a bigger drive. I buy a decent amount of games digitally and it is nice to have everything on there.tragabigzanda wrote:How fast is your new hard drive? I was debating getting RE7, but RE5 and 6 were so bad that I'll probably hold off. I remember when the first one came out for PS1 and being totally blown away.
It's 6GB/s. This is the one I ordered, highly recommend it (plus it's easy as hell to swap out the old one):tragabigzanda wrote:How fast is your new hard drive? Oh yeah. It's garbage.Monkey_Driven wrote:A 4K TV really highlights how shitty the compression is for cable.

I dont think you are appletv, but how does it handle these streaming devices and services? Way better?LoathedVermin72 wrote:Oh yeah. It's garbage.Monkey_Driven wrote:A 4K TV really highlights how shitty the compression is for cable.

In my experiences it really depends on the specific app and how you are playing it. Some networks/providers care more about picture quality while others may favor certain devices (Android vs. Apple vs. Roku vs PS4, etc.). WatchESPN is consistently pretty shitty though.tragabigzanda wrote:We got a TLC Roku 4K HD about a month ago, and it really just depends on the ISP throttling.
