I misread the purpose of this thread. But really, Ringo was the perfect drummer for The Beatles. Any different drummer may have detracted from the sound.

Btw, LMS, I think the idea of the thread is to name the significantly sub par (below average) musician in a successful group that has otherwise outstanding or above average musicians. I don't think the idea is to just name the worst musician in every successful band ever. Ringo Starr.
