friends coming over tonight..we have 4 bottles of red Italian wine that were delivered and doing a live tasting from Cortona, Italy via zoom...seems like a bit much to me but whatever...also, I'm braising short ribs

i have not really been doing wine for a while now
was way deep into it a few years ago
but i wanna say like 2 years ago? i kind of stopped. it just felt like the hangovers were so bad, even from like 2 glasses
and i usually have low sulfite wine too
i will be going to europe this summer though so will hit it up there
so much cleaner over there
