Prison Escape ep was quite intense. Hilarious the Empire had the very person they were looking for and had no idea.

Finished it. Ok, it was really good. All the lower-level Imperial goings-on was just fascinating. And that after credits scene…

One thing: Mon Mothma is marrying off her kid to the gangster to get money to cover up a withdrawal she made of 400,000. The Rebels just stole 80-million. Why could she not just get the 400k from them to cover it since her initial draw went to the Rebels anyway? Made no sense to me.

She wants rid of her husband at any cost was my read of it. She hates him and him her.
It won’t cost her politically if he’s been gambling.
As to her daughter? We have to see how that plays out I reckon.

Some interesting insight to season 2 from the actor who plays Bix. Going to be time jumps every three episodes to get it up to Rogue One at the end

They’ve been unusually open about the fact that this leads directly into rogue one.

Kind of intriguing.

I like Mendelssohn and his character enough, but I am not too keen on this show becoming a Death Star origin story, BUT I’m more than willing to give the creators a long, long rope to see how it plays out.

Really don’t see how they could make this show and not have him in it.

The final scene / after credits scene in season one really earns its place now.
I’m excited to see him.
