One of the great WTFs of following this stuff over the years has been seeing all this really stylized, really great dark AiC imagery with "NOW BREAKING AT RADIO! 11 ADDS ACTIVE ROCK KSWF KPCK KROQ" slapped over the front.

I don't. I think I could be a lot more excited about this album if not for his contributions.
this is probably worth its own thread

I was too young to know better. Pearl Jam gradually made me horrified about what I was listening to, but that came after I was there.

It seems that 20 years of Pearl Jam for me has meant the gradual falling off of most of he other musical artists i enjoyed. Just couldn't capture my attention. I didn't start off exactly that way, they may have been the favorite, but it wasn't a majority favorite. I still have a few, but for the most part, I've simplified my search for musical expression through the wide variety of styles that Pearl Jam offers. Once I found it and it grew, the rest just seemed like noise for the most part. So, running away from horrible isn't the right phrase, but I was really just running into something better that continued to evolve.

Why does the fadeout (which I like) CUT OFF BEFORE IT'S FINISHED?

Because it's a fade out! Right?

No, I mean, it just stops dead when there was obviously room left on the dial to keep the song going into a gradual finish. It's cut off. If you raise the volume you can notice it. It's as if BoB sneezed or something. Unless those fadeouts aren't done manually anymore, in which case I blame the software.

I totally agree. That review that compared it to Love Reign O'er Me... no chance. That's a grand fucking piano :gomez:

That said, eventually you don't notice it as much. It's stopped being a glaring issue for me.

I'm still enjoying the bridge, even if it's really melodramatic.

its a fucking studio, it should already be in there. If not, they are millionaires and should get one delivered to the goddamn studio.
