Bruce or McCutchen against lefties today? I'm leaning McCutchen because that seems to be the only time he can hit this season, but Bruce gets on base nearly every game for low points pretty consistently in 2018.

a month ago, I traded Ryan Braun (and someone else who I was about to release to make room for someone coming off my DL) for Adrian Beltre. The day after the trade was processed / but a day before it cleared (we have a 1 day wait in our league) the Rangers put Beltre on the DL. Two days later Braun goes on the DL.

Fast forward to last week, and to make room for Beltre coming off the DL, I released Ohtani (the hitter). I then decide, I'm rather loaded at hitters and could use a lil pitching help, so, I offer up Beltre for Ohtani (the pitcher). Trade accepted. Later that night, Ohtani gets pulled from his start and is now headed for the DL.

So, basically if anyone wants to see a player get hurt this year let me know, I'll trade for them

That's what you get for playing in a league that splits ohtani into two players.

All of the pitchers I drafted like Archer and Stroman are having terrible years, I'm on to 2019.

I dropped Stroman a month ago in my other league.

The first 3 people I drafted are on the DL, and the 4th was on the DL from opening day until a couple weeks ago.

Any interest in an RM league this year?

Got lucky streaming Alcantara today but I'm a little bummed he didn't get the complete game shutout points. Not surprised, though. Glad to have the frustrating grind of fantasy baseball back.

I'm stressing over my team name in the Bellhorn league. I could use one of my old Coker league names but that's lame and I won't do it.

I haven't changed my team name in like ten years.

Approaches like that are why I never play fantasy baseball.
