So I got a guy on Craigslist who says he has a new, unused Switch for $360.
How do I know it has never actually been used?
He is claiming it’s never been opened and doesn’t want to open it and demo it for me, theoretically because if I don’t buy it now it’s been opened ... or he is scamming me.
What would MD do?

Ask him for his driver's license. Tell him you'll give it back to him after you open it and make sure it works.

I bought my Wii U off Craigslist. Brought a small monitor to a coffee shop with an HDMI cable and a surge protector to confirm it worked before forking over the dough.

I’m telling him it’s for my kids. Gonna bring them with me to the drop. See if he has the balls to F me in that scenario.

That seems perfectly safe

Console obtained. $360 cash.
I showed the guy a pic of Ruddo and said he was waiting in the alley for “a reason” ... guy looked scared.
Now to pick up a couple games. The only person selling the game I want isn’t accepting cash but rather trading for “favors” so wish me luck!

Anyone recommend a good third party pro controller? I need a new one and wonder if there are any as solid as the Nintendo one

Eh. I like the general layout of a pro controller. Just wasn't sure if there was a third party one that people liked. If I'm spending that kind of money on a controller I want the best one. I like the Nintendo brand, though.

Yeah the layout and feel of the switch pro controller is the best ever.
Nyko made a good one for the WiiU that I liked that is very similar in shape to the pro controller, but I haven't looked into a switch version of that.

Are you down on your luck, friend? If you need help, ask. Otherwise, just get a pro controller. There are some things you don’t skimp on: toilet paper, ketchup, a mattress, and pro controllers all spring to mind.

Lol no, just making sure. I know with the PlayStation there are a lot of really great third party controllers available. Was just wondering if anyone knew of any for nintendo. I just ordered a Nintendo one, but they are back ordered so I'm stuck with my stuck button one or the joy cons snapped into that plastic holder to make it similar to a pro controller
