Data obtained by the DRUDGE REPORT shows presidential underdog Donald Trump outperforming Republican 2012 election results in Florida.

Mitt Romney went into Election Day down 161,000 in absentee ballots and early voting. He ended up losing the state by 74,000.

This time, in a dramatic surprise twist, Trump is only down 32,500! And Republicans tend to outvote Democrats on Election Day in Florida.

The most recent local media estimates have Clinton ahead by 87,000 votes, not 32,500.

That would be good news, but all I could find was registered Dems v. registered Repubs, not who they actually voted for.

Dan Scavino Jr., Trump's social media director, and Donald Trump Jr., the nominee's oldest son, retweeted Jack Posobiec, a supporter who wrote: "Hillary (Clinton) ran away from rain today. Trump is back on stage minutes after assassination attempt."
But the Secret Service statement made clear no weapon had been found. Neither has deleted the retweet.

But that attitude is just going to further the divide. The ideal candidate would be one who could have addressed both ends of the spectrum (the highly educated and affluent, and the uneducated and poor), and then made a case for boosting the middle class in such a way as to pull the poor people up, and keep the rich people happy and comfortable. Neither of the candidates have done that, and so we're all forced to vote for Divisive Platform #1 or Divisive Platform #2.
